L.C. Smith Field Grade Side-by-Side Shotgun – 12 Gauge
Used L.C. Smith Field Grade side-by-side shotgun chambered in 12 gauge with 30″ barrels and 2 3/4″ chambers. Choked modified/full and weighing approximately 7.90 lbs. Features double triggers, pistol grip stock, splinter forend, and a decelerator recoil pad.
Stock dimensions include a 14 3/4″ length of pull, 1 3/8″ DAC, and 2 1/16″ DAH.
Metal, wood, and bore condition are all rated excellent. This shotgun has been restocked with very pleasing, tight-grained, nicely figured walnut. Receiver and barrels show fresh case colors and rust bluing, with all work completed by gunsmith Bob Bailey of Lavale, MD. No dings or dents in the barrels and everything remains tight. Wood is finished with a soft, attractive luster.
Note: Case coloring did not fully adhere around the circumference of the hinge pin on the left side (see image).
